A healthy crop begins with a living soil.
Modern agriculture achieved remarkable productivity — but intensive cultivation, salinity, compaction, lost organic matter and chemical dependence have weakened the biological foundation of the farm. The next revolution isn't about putting more into the field. It's about making the soil itself better at supplying, cycling and retaining nutrients.
Seven stages. One living system.
14 beneficial bacteria.
10 beneficial fungi.
One consortium.
From Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterium to Trichoderma harzianum and Aspergillus niger — each strain is maintained in our proprietary library and produced under strict quality protocols. Our processing unit delivers formulations free of heavy metals, pathogens and harmful fungi or bacteria.

To change what farming feeds the world with.
“We are what we eat.”
The desert is not dead.
It is waiting to be woken.
Gulf desert soil carries two agricultural challenges — high alkalinity (pH usually above 8.2) and high salinity with extreme heat stress. Mega Farmer BIOSO™ microbial inoculants and biofertilizers are uniquely optimized for exactly these conditions: converting dead sand into living soil that unlocks nutrients, holds water and shields roots against the hardest weather on Earth.
Why conventional NPK fails in the sand
1. Alkaline Nutrient Lockout
In soils with a pH above 8.0, plants cannot absorb Iron, Zinc, Manganese or Phosphorus — even when those nutrients are present. Leaves turn yellow, growth stunts, and farmers respond by adding more fertilizer that the plant still cannot reach.
The BIOSO™ answer: our formulas are built on a stable, low-pH carbon base (pH 3.5–4.5). Applied to the root zone, they temporarily lower pH right where the roots feed — keeping Soluble Organic Phosphate and Chelated Micro-elements soluble and available, bypassing the typical soil lockout.
2. Salinity, Heat & Water Loss
Sandy desert soil holds almost no water or organic matter. Salts accumulate around roots, and 45°C+ heat pulls water from leaves faster than roots can replace it — causing sun-scorch, wilting and collapse at the most valuable stage of the crop.
The BIOSO™ answer: the Desert Stress Shield combination — Ultra Silicon Booster + Stress Shield (Se + Si). Soluble silicon is stored inside leaf cell walls as a thin, glassy barrier that cuts evaporative water loss by up to 40%, prevents sun-scorch and keeps crops upright and crisp through the heat.
What the microbes actually do in the desert
Living soil is a biological ecosystem. Our consortium of beneficial bacteria and fungi rebuilds that ecosystem in sand, step by step.
Balochistan is our desert laboratory
Balochistan's conditions mirror the Gulf almost exactly: extreme heat, low rainfall, salty, sandy, alkaline soils and locked nutrients. That is where we proved BIOSO™ works. In our field tests we converted dead, nutrient-locked soil into living soil with measurable availability of both micro- and macronutrients — on farms, fruit and vegetable plots, date palm, olive, flowers and indoor/outdoor gardens.
We have applied the consortium through every method Gulf agriculture uses: drip irrigation, vertical farming systems, foliar application and inoculation directly into irrigation canal streams.

Ready to green the desert?
We design Gulf programs around your soil analysis, irrigation water quality and crop — from date palm estates and greenhouse vegetables to landscaping and vertical farms.
Grow the soil.
Grow the crop. Grow the future.
Everything a grower needs to run the BIOSO™ system: how soil microbiology works, which formula to use at which stage, exact dosages and timing for every crop group, and the rules that keep microbes alive in the tank.
Why a productive soil needs more than NPK
Plants need nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, calcium, magnesium and micronutrients — but availability depends on the physical, chemical and biological condition of the soil. FAO defines soil fertility as the capacity of soil to sustain plant growth through essential nutrients together with favourable chemical, physical and biological conditions.
Roots become biological engines
The few millimetres around a root are the most biologically active zone in the field. Bacteria colonise the root surface and secrete enzymes and organic acids that solubilise phosphorus and mobilise potassium. Fungi such as Trichoderma and endomycorrhizae extend the effective root system many times over, ferrying water and nutrients back to the plant.
Performance depends strongly on strain, formulation, soil, crop, climate and management — which is why BIOSO™ pairs authenticated strains with the organic carbon, humic and fulvic fractions they need to establish.
“What nutrient does the crop need?”
“Why isn't the crop accessing the nutrient?”
Phosphorus fixation? Low organic carbon? Poor roots? Compaction? Salinity? Low microbial activity? Drought? Disease? The program is designed around the actual limiting factor.

Key Implementation Notes
- Always start with soil health → SOIL-REVIVE + ROOT-FORCE ULTRA for all crops.
- Vegetative growth → MEGAGROW-X + SUPER NANO AMINO + ULTRA SILICON.
- Flower & fruit set → FLOWER-KING ELITE + YIELD-MAX PRO + MICROFOLIAR + Ca/Mg.
- Grain / fruit development → FRUIT-BOOST SUPREME + POTASH-SOP + STRESS SHIELD.
- NANO-MICRO SPRAY → optional, ultra-efficiency under stress or on high-value crops.
Tips for Farmers
- Always mix well before spraying; use clean water.
- Foliar sprays work best early morning or evening — less evaporation, more uptake.
- Maintain water pH 4–5.5 for optimal uptake and microbial stability.
- Compatible formulas can share one tank if pH and microbial life are maintained.
- Adjust doses slightly for high-value crops (orchards, flowers) or stress conditions.
The biological sequence for every crop

14 beneficial bacteria · 10 beneficial fungi
Every BIOSO™ formulation is a precise consortium selected from this library, produced under strict quality protocols and processed free of heavy metals, pathogens and harmful organisms.
Right biology. Right nutrient. Right stage. Right dose. Right root-zone conditions.
More fertilizer does not automatically mean more yield. Nutrient imbalance reduces profitability and damages soil and water. Testing and nutrient budgeting are essential.
Prevent → Monitor → Biologically Support → Target → Treat only when necessary
Not every pesticide is identical. Some are highly hazardous; others carry lower risk when properly selected and used. WHO notes toxicity depends on substance, dose and route of exposure, and that older pesticides can persist for years in soil and water. BIOSO™ supports Integrated Pest Management — helping farmers cut unnecessary applications and adopt organic solutions for pest control and resistance.
The problem is not “synthetic = bad”
The real problem is nutrient imbalance + over-application + poor timing + poor soil management + declining soil biology. We help farmers move toward nutrient budgeting, soil testing, microbial management, organic-matter restoration, precision nutrition and reduced unnecessary synthetic inputs — where agronomically and economically appropriate.

One question started everything:
what are we feeding our soil?
Mega Farmer was born from a decision to stop rescuing crops with chemicals and start rebuilding the biology underneath them.
Ch. Umair Ashraf
Founder & CEO, Mega Farmer · Xelora Industries PVT LTD“We will not promise farmers impossible miracles. We build products that are tested, measured, consistent, biologically intelligent, crop-specific, soil-aware and economically rational — and continuously improved through field evidence.”
Advanced Abiotic Stress-Mitigation Biostimulant Platform
After an intensive field study across Pakistan's saline, nutrient-locked and chemically over-used soils, Ch. Umair Ashraf went deep into the world's best soil microbiology — identifying the beneficial fungi and bacteria that deliver the most for soil and plant health. The result is a platform, not a product: 26 authenticated strains, 14 stage-specific formulations and a processing unit that guarantees every batch is free of heavy metals and pathogens.
Used over a season, the soil itself becomes a living soil — biologically supplying, cycling and retaining nutrients, and steadily reducing the need for expensive agricultural inputs.
BIOSO™ is built through testing
Our ambition is not to sell claims. Our products must earn their claims in the field — control plot vs BIOSO™ program vs farmer standard vs reduced-synthetic-input BIOSO™ program.
Our 98% success philosophy
Across documented BIOSO™ evaluations, our internal trials target a 98% successful-response rate — presented only with auditable trial records that define what “success” means. We will never confuse a marketing percentage with scientific proof.
What we see for Pakistan — and the world
Pakistan's farmers do not need another product that promises “More NPK = More Yield.” They need a complete system that understands Pakistani soils, irrigation quality, salinity, heat, drought, crop rotations, farmer economics, fertilizer costs, local cultivars, disease pressure and water availability.
From dead soil to living soil.
From nutrients to nutrient systems.
From inputs to biological intelligence.
From farming for one harvest to farming for generations.
Our products must earn their claims in the field.
Two independent field evaluations — one measured in cartons and rupees, one measured by outside laboratories in the leaf tissue itself.
Depalpur Potato Farm: 36% more cartons and PKR 12.43 lakh in added gross profit
A commercial fresh-market potato grower in Depalpur (Okara district, Punjab) split a 40-acre block in two. Both halves received his normal fertiliser and crop-protection programme; on one 20-acre half we added the BIOSO™ microbial consortium — Soil-Revive 7-in-1 at land preparation and Root-Force Ultra at planting, using our own Bacillus, Trichoderma and mycorrhizal cultures — and nothing else changed. The other 20 acres served as the side-by-side control. Harvest was counted in packed cartons, the unit this grower is paid in.
Cartons per acre
Total cartons · 20 acres
Gross profit · 20 acres (PKR)
The treated half packed 3,000 cartons per acre against 2,200 on the control — 800 more cartons per acre, 16,000 across the block, a 36% lift. Gross profit on the 20 treated acres rose from PKR 29.92 lakh to PKR 42.35 lakh, an extra PKR 12.43 lakh from one biological input. Because fertiliser, seed, irrigation and sprays were identical on both halves, the difference is the soil biology.
Gujranwala Tomato Study: unlocking nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium already in the soil
A 100-acre fresh-market tomato farm near Gujranwala had a puzzle: soil analysis showed nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and iron present in the thousands of kilograms per acre, yet the plants were pale, stunted and testing deficient in the leaf. Years of soluble fertiliser and pesticide had left the soil chemically rich and biologically dead — the nutrients were locked, not missing. The grower asked us for laboratory proof, not just a better-looking crop, so soil and leaf-tissue samples were taken from treated and untreated blocks before application and then weekly, and sent to an independent analytical laboratory.
Leaf tissue nutrient content · before vs three weeks after application
3.99% → 4.90%
0.35% → 0.78%
3.21% → 3.86%
Nutrients present at high levels
Thousands of pounds per acre in the soil.
locked
Functional N, P, K pathways deficient
The nutrients were physically in the soil but biologically locked — which is why adding more soluble fertilizer never fixed the malnutrition.
Three weeks after a single BIOSO™ application, leaf tissue from the treated block told a different story: nitrogen up from 3.99% to 4.90% (+23%, now rated high), phosphorus from 0.35% to 0.78% (+123%, more than double) and potassium from 3.21% to 3.86% (+20%). No additional fertiliser had gone on. The nutrients that the soil lab had already found in abundance were finally moving into the plant — the phosphate-solubilising and nitrogen-cycling organisms in the consortium had unlocked them.
Soils, crops and application methods
Sensors see the problem.
Biology solves it.
Agri-tech has transformed how farms are measured — soil probes, satellite indices, drip controllers, farm-management platforms. What most stacks still lack is the biological layer that actually changes what the sensors read. Mega Farmer BIOSO™ is that layer. Together we can close the loop from data to living soil.

What we can change together
Every hectare shifted from chemical dependence to biological management reduces hazardous inputs that destroy soil health, contaminate underground water and harm humans and animals. With your reach and our biology, the shift scales.
- Farmers — measurable soil health alongside yield, lower input costs, resilient crops.
- Platforms — a recommendation engine with a product that actually moves the indicators you measure.
- Regions — desert greening in the Gulf, salinity recovery in Pakistan, groundwater protection everywhere.
- Food systems — healthier soil → healthier plants → better food → a healthier future.
